Start of activity as self-employed dietician/nutritionist

November 1996: Consultant Dietician to Fabio May and Marco Albarello,
members of the Italian  Cross Country Skiing Team, in preparation for the Olympics in Nagano

May 1999 – May 2003: Self-employed dietician  at the Studio of Dr. Bernardo Paes de Vasconcellos in Lisbon (Portugal)

From May 1999 to present: Self-employed dietician in several cities in Italy, and, on request, in the following countries: Portugal, Belgium, Holland, England, Russia, Kazakhstan, Spain

July 2000: Consultant dietician to the footballers of  the “Benefica” of Lisbon team during their physical training

May 2001: Consultant dietician to Daniela Gattelli, Italian Beach Volley team

May 2003: Consultant dietician to the footballers of the “Lokomotiv” of Moscow team during their physical training
